Hi was just looking for a wee bit of advice..I'm just over a year into my trustdeed #128512;been really tough but getting there..I got a review after 6 months but nothing since..is it yearly or 6 monthly? Also I had to submit payslips on my last review but no bank statements..do you think that means I will never need to submit a bank statement..I'm just a bit concerned as I have accumulated a ยฃ250 overdraft over the year for emergencys #128566;

Hi freshstart2013,

I wouldn't worry too much about the timescales of the reviews, some firms do it every 6 months and some do it annually.

With regards to the bank statements again it just depends. Firms can vary when they request these. You may be requested to provide these at your next review. If your worried give your relationship manager a call to discuss it.

I wouldn't think there would be a problem with the accumulation of a small overdraft for emergencies that have cropped up. If the overdraft creeps up however then this could start to become an issue.

Thanks David for the reassurance..I don't intend to let it creep up that's the last thing I want! I opened up a basic account Paul with Clydesdale bank before signing the trustdeed as they were not one of my creditors and about 6 months ago I had ran out of money a couple of days before pay day so I phoned and asked if it would be possible to have a small overdraft and I got one..after Xmas I'm going to try clear it
