Was just wanting to know if you done a valuation on someones car online, and they disagreed with your valuation due to the poor condition of the vehicle, how would you deal with it. Would you accept a garage valuation from your client, and if there was a difference of 800 pounds between the parkers part exchange price and the garage valuation what would you do. your help is much appreciated .x

Hi Anniefun
I think it would be hard to disagree with a formal valuation, where someone has actually seen the condition of the car and placed a value on it. As opposed to a parkers or which car guide.
I think in all things, there needs to be some balance. Unfortunately it appears to be their way or no way.
Keep fighting the good fight.

Thanks for you reply mark, i totally agree with you, i dont know what else i can do now as i have sent in the valuation and through gritted teeth i even asked them to meet me in the middle of both offers which he wouldn't do i was refused a meeting so i guess i just have to get on with it but i think it is really unfair and not a good example of how a trust deed should work.
