Hello all...
Quick question..
I was discharged in December 3 months after final payment I was informed in discharge letter my trustee would stay in office till all was settled..
I recieved a letter today from one of my creditors stating there was a dispute with final dividend payment and they wouldnt be willing to change credit file till then. Not to bothered about this as Ill just wait a further 2 years and let it fall off.
But its now been 6 months since I was discharged how long do they normally stay my trustee for and will they let me know when all dividends are paid and they are no longer my trustee??
thanks in advance.
Hi Jenna
It's difficult to say without knowing details of the case. The delay could be ppi related but more likely the changes in VAT process which is outwith your IP's control.

Thanks for getting back to me mark.
Just to check..
This has no impact at all on me and I am still full discharged and debt free ???
Little worried when I got the letter??
Thanks
Hi Jenna1503.
Don't worry, if you're discharged there is nothing that can come back on you.
Good to hear that your trust deed firm have discharged you while they deal with other matters that need not concern you.
