trust deeds as inheritance management tool

newby to trust deeds...

i look after some inheritance on behalf of young relatives, in order for funds not to show as own personal savings setting up a TD has been recommended -does anyone agree with this, what are your experiences of this and how much would one cost for initial set up? advice appreciated.

"Trust Deed" as a term refers to a number of different things.

This forum concentrates only on the matter of a specific solution to unmanageable levels of personal debt available to residents of Scotland.

I suspect you are looking at something quite different?

There should be no set up costs whatsoever

Re the inheritance, it is impossible to answer as it depends exactly on how it is structured. Financial planning can be a long & complex area and not something easily answered with in information or circumstances provided.
