Hi
I am in a TD but due to change in circumstances am expecting my TD firm to petition for my sequestration. However I have accumulated more debt during recent months, that was not included in my TD and wonder how this will be handled?

(To explain where this debt came from, I use a credit account for my work so that I can order goods from the company, deliver them to customers and then pay the cash back into credit account. I have been unable to work much recently so my account is ?รบ1600 in arrears)
I would welcome any advice.

Hi trixie,

Hopefully one of our experts will be able to add their views shortly. I'm sure that they will have worked with clients who have been in a similar position to yours.

I would hope that this new creditor will not cause any major issues for you and could be taken into account in sequestration.

Hi trixie

Any debts accrued since the trust deed was signed are not included in the trust deed, but would be included along with the rest if you are subsequently sequestrated.
