My Trust Deed is due to finish however I have £129.56 left to service
charge to pay inform by Campbell Wallace Fraser.
If I dont , they will be released back to creditors who will look to you paying all outstanding debts which may included accumulative interest.
Why I still need to pay service charge ?

I'm afraid I don't know what's being referred to by a 'service charge'.
I'd suggest checking with your trustee.

They just tell me service charge . I already paid £400 to processed my Trust Deed
application four year ago. My Trust Deed was finish April 2017 . If I don't paid will they have authority to take action ? Where can complain about this case ?

You can ask for an audit of fees to the Accountant in Bankruptcy at any time although in the first instance perhaps it may be worthwhile speaking with your trustee for further explanation on this fee.
It may have been outlined in the original proposal.

That's a new one on me, marshaller - never heard of any firms looking for a "service charge" and threatening to withhold discharge if not paid. Maybe you have misunderstood? I think you should ask your Trustee to explain in writing what the payment is for. Let us know what they say?
