Hi please can you advise ? I have just had my 3rd annual review out of 5 and my trustee has advised me they are increasing my payments by an extra 4 months claiming a creditor has increased there demands . The deed is protected is this normal ?

I think we might need you to obtain and/or share a little more detail before being able to helpfully comment here.
The questions are what specifically these additional demands are, why have these demands been made now, and why does your trustee consider them to be reasonable?

Are you saying that the amount claimed by one of the creditors is higher than originally anticipated, ivermciver? That could be a valid reason for extending the term, so that all creditors still get the same return that they were expecting.

Thanks for your reply . I have asked they question they have said that this company have just placed there claim now .And was more than allocated .

it would be a valid reason I just don't understand how they can do it after so long
