Hi,

My trust deed has been finished for around 2 years now and I am ready to apply for a loan. Do I have to tell the loan supplier of my previous trust deed? Also is there an agency that holds this information that the bank would have access to.

I would appreciate if someone could give me this information.

Hi Boshli

If the loan application asks then there would be a requirement to advise of the Trust Deed. if it doesn't then there is no requirement to volunteer the information.

Lenders can use one of several credit agencies who may or may not have information on your Trust Deed.
