Hi
Once my trust deed has finished does the trust deed company have any claim on any future monies i get?
I am waiting to hear about my PPI claim and i suspect that my trust deed will have just finished when i here back form the bank.

I'm afraid that your trustee will still retain the right to any reclaimed funds from missold PPI. Because the PPi was missold before the date of your trust deed then it is an asset that existed at the date of insolvency and as such essentially belongs to your trustee, to be gathered in for the benefit of your creditors.
In fact you will probably find that the bank will send the funds directly to your trustee, bighibee2000
