Thats me just got hold of the closure team and they are just
sending out the final letters to my creditors of which they said
i would recieve a copy of next week then they would make the final
payments and report to the AIB THEN I WOULD RECIEVE MY DISCHARGE
which would be sometime in september. I get the feeling they're stalling as i made my final payment in mid april and they told me on
the 20th of july that the finalisation of my trust had already started yet i'm going to have to wait at least another 5 weeks

I doubt that they are stalling, bigyin - probably just slow. Let's hope they at least stick to their stated timescale and don't take even longer!

But i thought there was a time scale to these things. If it was the other way round and i was slow with my payments there would be trouble i just want to put this behind me and they seem to be dragging it out or is it just me wanting it finished with.

As Mark mentioned in reply to one of your previous posts this all should only take a few weeks.
I'm sorry to hear that you're receiving a poor service like this but glad to hear things seem to be underway now.
