hi, i have just received a letter saying that i have been moved to another firm. i have not missed any payments or complained in fact i have not heard anything from them since i started my td,do you not have a say or are you just passed around at will,i know that it is my fault that i am in this situation but having to start again with a company i dont know and they are based in england will all be as before from being settled i am now worried again

Hi dls.
This usually happens when a firm sells its portfolio of cases for some reason.
Your case should carry on as it would have done otherwise. Unsettling perhaps, but hopefully it will make little difference to you.

It shouldnt make any difference to your TD Dls.
