I'm on Trust Deed and I'm married. My wife is not involved.
My wife now needs to buy a small car to go to work. Can she get a loan for that car. If my wife takes out a loan, will my creditors be able to ask her for help with my debts?
Thank you

Casper

Welcome to the trust deed forum Martin44.

Your wife is perfectly entitled to take out a loan to buy a car.

She has (and would continue to have) no responsibility to your creditors for debts taken out solely in your name.

I agree there is nothing stopping your wife obtaining a loan for a car albeit, it will be subject to credit approval.
