Hi. The short answer is yes.

The longer answer is that if you have significant equity tied up in your house then it may not be the best option for you as that equity has to be realised to pay towards your debts. Given the difficulty in remortgaging at present this could potentially mean having to sell your home. However, if there is limited/no equity then a trust deed may well still be a good option without having to sell your home.
