hi,wondering if u could answer a question for me,my wife was in a car crash back in april and our trustee took over 3000 pound of the money we got from insurance to replace our car which was a write off will this mean my trust deed will b finished early? thanks

Hi stuart
difficult to say to be honest but I suspect that this was dealt with as ' acquirenda' ( a new asset) and not as an additional payment to allow the Trust Deed to close early.
