Hi,
I am hoping you could advise me here.
I have a debt of about ?ú20k. Would I lose my home and car if I took up the trust deed? I have never missed any payments on these but have struggled to keep up payments to my credit cards. I also have a loan that I have not missed any payments on but feel that I am struggling more and more each month.

Could you give me a bit more info. What is the house worth and what is the outstanding mortgage. What is the value of the car and is it subject to finance.
