Hi im with Wilson andrews and cos of a debt who took most money out of my account the day i got paid i was left with £30 to last the month!!
But i was unable to pay my trust deed payment of £190
I am struggling with this payment , its like they dont realise 190 is alot of money for some of us and we have bills and other outgoings! I constantly stuck for money and all i feel since entering the trust deed is i have another creditor hassling me!
All they want is money!
Ive tried so hard to raise this 190 this month but cant and im scared as last time i spoke to them they said they need payment or my wages could get arrested
Any advise would be great!
I feel like im getting more into debt to make these payments

Hi Jay

Could you clarify a bit - a creditor took money from your account whilst you were in a Trust Deed??

Is this a new creditor, after the signing of your trust deed?

Hello jay and welcome to Trust-Deed.co.uk.

I've removed the duplicate question from another thread where you had added it so that we can concentrate the response in this one thread here.

Softytop and tinsoldier have asked very relevant questions.

Was the money taken from your account a new debt taken on since your trust deed began, or a debt that was included in your trust deed originally?

Hi jay, if the money taken from your account is for a debt included in the trust deed, the trustee can get that money back. In the meantime, I would expect them to be a bit more sympathetic . If your payments are set too high, you need to ask for a review to get this sorted properly.

Jay,

Thanks for your post. As I think others on here will confirm living on a Trust Deed budget isn't easy. But is should be possible and affordable and you should have enough money to live on day to day. If this isn't the case we clearly need to look again at your Income & Expenditure to make sure it works for you.

As others have said we'd also like to know more about the "debt who took most of the money out of my account". Is the the root of the problem?

Clearly we can't deal in detail with this on the Forum. If you are able to give us a ring and ask to speak to my colleague George Lafferty he is expecting your call. George will review your circumstances with you and will do what he can to help.

I hope this helps,

Barry

Yes does sound promising and I have no doubt that George Lafferty will give due consideration to your plight.

Just been very helpful with me in removing a family member from their mailing database for debt information when the person has no debts. Very amusing!! Currently considering sending our leaflet to them now.

But all joking aside would hope you get a good service from them.

Chris
