Hi pinalta.

Thanks for your consideration about this. Would you mind contacting us via the contact TDA form (button below) so we can have a quick chat by phone or email afterwards? Please mention your username on the enquiry form.

More importantly, I'm very pleased to hear that this process has come to an end and that aspects of your concerns may have been upheld.

The ruling has been published on the Insolvency Practitioners Association website.

Yes. I found and read this after I initially responded.

I'm not sure whether pinalta is in receipt of any other correspondence in relation to his complaints that hasn't been published?

Hi pinalta.

Signed in members can view your profile.

If you include your name (and town of residence) in this profile it can be cross-referenced against the register of insolvencies.

If you're uncomfortable with people being able to do this, I'd recommend going into your profile and removing those identifiable details.

Actually you have mentioned the Trustee by name previously.

The list of tribunal rulings is not extensive and the Trustee you had previously named had a ruling issued against him in December 2016 which I believe is in line with a previous post you had made with regards to the Tribunal hearing.

If this is not the case then I apologise accordingly.

Pinalta has confirmed to us that Voice of Reason has identified the appropriate report on the IPA website.

People who have read pinalta's posts here for some time can read the IPA's perspective about all of this at the following link. The relevant notice is dated 6th December 2016 and we believe it has been public information since yesterday.

(Link removed as it has expired).

If anyone chooses to comment, please be thoughtful about what you write.

You are correct on all points voice of reason , I will let others make up their own minds in relation to the ruling .
For those feeling under pressure and seeking help do it now ,things may seem bleak, danger is real but fear is in the mind. you will be glad you made the first step on your journey by seeking help and advice , my thanks to everyone here for your help and support and to Mark in particular . The small guy has stood up and has been heard being called particualry troublesome by the ruling brings a wry smile to my face , might be my viking blood and 16 years in the service of this country that has made me a pain in the butt of those who seek to cross me .[}:)]

This is probably as close as a forum will ever get to hearing both sides of the story [:)].

Having followed pinalta's posts from the start, I'm glad that he now has a final ruling from the tribunal.

I'm not sure how Vikings celebrate [:)], but I'll raise a glass to pinalta and his tenacity tonight!
