Since it has been 26 months that my complaint has been on going , I have now issued through the IPA a challenge by trial by combat to end my dispute with my ex trustee , with a choice of Axe, long staff or unarmed combat , having looked at Scottish feudal laws still in force or dormant this is legal .
If he defeats me or does not face me , I have included that will be the end of the matter , should I defeat him I demand 70,000 in damages to my reputation . No doubt his health and safety committee will block this on safety grounds and I will win by default .
UP YER KILTS , NEMO ME IMPUNE LACCISSIST !!.

Good morning pinalta.

I'm not sure whether it's appropriate in the circumstances, but your post has totally made my morning!

I am being deadly serious about this , he did not count on my endurance or s?ยฎance of Scottish identity .

I am sure he will yet again prove the coward he has always been when I stood up to him .

I also claim HOLMGANG due to my proven Norse ancestry if he wants to try the legal bovine waste arguments of the past , and furthermore I will take him to the southern state of Arkansas , due to my ancestor John Abel Norrie 18th Arkansas giving me the right to trial by combat which is still legal in the USA , if he goes down the legal bovine waste on that one , I have Colonel James Duff 33rd Texas cavalry on my grandmothers side , which gives me the same rights in Texas if turns yellow , it will take him tens of thousands to defend against such claims , probably overcharged from previous and current trust deeds .

Stay tuned folks of the running saga of Norse warrior versus running yellow , VALHALA awaits .

I like the idea of Holmgang pinalta, or at least I do now that I've looked it up!

What about if your adversary took advantage of the following?

"Sometimes a capable warrior could volunteer to fight in the place of a clearly outclassed friend".

We don't want you getting hurt.

I refer to my service with 45 Commando , my service record is proof of that , should his friend be part of the same firm then bring it on .

Or indeed if he craps out , then bring it .

My home is my greatest asset I Stand to lose this due to my discharge date , given risk assesments and health and safety laws for the defendants , who will insure against a good southern ass kicking , or a good doing ?.

Well arse out the window mortgage wise tried 3 lenders all knocked me back because I have not been discharged for 3 years .

So my coming Christmas and new year will see my clearing out my home of the last 49 years , at least the charity shops will bring something good from the clear out and hopefully help those in greater need a little bit .

Credit file screwed up because of the applications , another knock on effect .

I curse you till the end KWP , no doubt the IPA will be still trying to get the finger out this time next year , 26 months on and still no answers, all attempts to find out about the initial decision or the reason for the further delays has been met with the usual silence and standard reply and non committal stance, I forgot what has been going on has affected me and I have no right to any information affecting me, so sorry IPA I promise to be a good bitch .[B)]

Well no reply to my challenge in the time scale permitted , so 3 marks of silver claimed in the first instance seems cowardice is a trait he possesses .

Sorry for my lack of comment and reply pinalta.

I'm simply not sure what I can add to my previous comments now. Not ignoring you though.

Letter back from the IPA yesterday , the investigation committee found something adverse in regard to the running of my trust deed It's now in the hands of the IPA'S lawyers to advise about it going to a tribunal.

I hope its the offer of composition that he refused to pay out to my creditors even though all of them accepted it , whilst telling me it could not be done under the terms of my trust deed and doing so for another person who signed at the same time as me .
And the questions to why the pennies did not add up even though he stated in the statement of accounts the amount within the trust deed .

So what better than to blow holy smoke to wrap the remaining money which would have been returned to me into added fees ?, or then it might be the 144k of fee reductions in 74 audits over two years .

Will let you all know anyway when I have more info .[}:)]
