Good on you, although im amazed at them making such a statement without proceeding down the form 5 route.

I've had a look through the letter that I got sent at the beginning of February and would you believe it, it has the form 5 attached to the back of it. I'm tempted to photocopy that and send it back with a letter stating why I won't be sending anything else to them.
Nothing left to discharge - everything's done and dusted!
