I don't see why I should be paying more interest on the monies that I owe, cause kpmg have my cheque they've had it since July) all monies owed had been agreed, they fore y can't they pay it out , I'm not disputing the money I owe nor are my debtors, I'm disputing their fee , so I cannot understand why they don't payout wat I owe , it's just a way of getting u to agree to their over inflated fees.
I really don't think there can be any valid excuse for the delay. The most significant part is the accruing interest which will reduce any return you receive.
We did a final dividend payment on a case on Tuesday. Calculations took less than 5 minutes. The dividend sheet was emailed to our cashier who arranged BAC payment to 80% of creditors and we received cheques for the remainder. In total, an hours work at most.
I can absolutely appreciate your concern, creditors will be paid in full plus interest, the Trustee will receive his fees and it is only you who will come out worst.

I do hope they sort it out. They do seem to have much higher fees than anyone quoted on here
I have 5 debtors 4 of them are cc , kpmg have'nt advised any probs, so it's pretty straight forward, how many hours would u average the work would take they are charging me 34.5 hours @ a rate of ยฃ149.00 per hour plus outlays
