I am new to this and would like to know that I am taking advice from the correct source.
I was directed to a company through an English debt advice line and have kind of been led by the hand to a point now where I must decide on my future.

Welcome to the trust deed forum sairfecht.

It's worth taking some time to be sure about things before making any final decisions.

Do you have any concerns about the information and advice you have received thus far, or are you looking for confirmation to help reassure you about the direction you are moving in?

Hi sairfecht

It you can provide a bit more info, hopefully we can assist further.

Normally, level of debts, available surplus, details of assets/equity etc should allow us to guide you

Regards

Hi sairfecht

Once a precised background to your situation including a breakdown of values of assets, income and expenditure and level of indebtedness has been posted both the "experts" from the Insolvency profession and more likely more importantly to you the "experts" who have been in a similar position will be able to advise on the relevant courses of action which may be appropriate for you to consider.
