Hello, finally got a response after chasing by phone, got an apology for delay by case worker, nothing looked at and the practioner at the main office not there a lot either so case being passed back to Glasgow office to be looked at by the person who advised for TD originally. Was looking forward to a fresh pair of eyes on the case, and now worried about review as dont have much faith in the original person. Finally spoke to a friend about it who works for CAB, not a money expert, but familiar with the different processes, something not right about it all. My debt originated about 6 years ago from business failed, debt spiral from low wages and putting utility bills on to cards, and stupidly hoping for the best, never defaulted on anything till came to fullstop moneywise. Feel caught up in a senario worse than that,I'm not happyatsea, utterly sinking

Hi HAPPYATSEA.

I'm not sure there's much I can say that will be very helpful, but I hope you have some more certainty about the position soon.

It must be incredibly frustrating for you, happyatsea. Try and keep your chin up and hopefully you get a positive response soon.
