I have posted on here before and it helped so much so thank u! My husband is away to sign trust deed and our house has been surveyed but I am petrified as I have been reading on here about some having to sell there houses at the end of there trust deed? I do not want to take the risk of this happening as we have a family. All thought on this will be kindly appreciated

Hi Rob

As long as you have it in writing what is to happen to your property once your husband signs the Trust Deed, you shouldn't have any issues.

Hi rob.

Do you expect that there will be any equity in your home identified by the survey?

Hi rob.

Do you have anything in writing about how the home will be dealt with if no equity is recorded by this first survey?

If a small amount of equity were found it might be possible to make a few extra monthly payments at the end of the normal trust deed period in lieu of this amount.
