HI,
I have just recieved a summary report as sent out to my creditors at the end of 2 years, it states the anticipated completion date of trust deed is sept 2013. My last payment is due in may 2013, have no equity, payments up to date etc so should have no complications. Do you think this means I won't be discharged until sept or is this when the trustee will be finished?

Its difficult to say, but I suspect they have estimated a closing time of 4 months to fully wind up the trust deed which is quite long to be honest.
