Hi. I'm very happy to say my TD became protected at the end of last year. Moving on and with great relief.

Have a slight issue where I have an ex employer who may try and take action against me for possible defamation and subsequent damages from an online review. Notwithstanding the fact it is ridiculous, it did make me wonder what would happen to someone in a protected TD if they lost such a case and had to pay damages. Would they be included in a TD?

Hi portway.

I'm not sure whether it's relevant, but did the alleged "incident" take place before or after you signed the trust deed.

Hi both

Its a strange one, but I think this would fall outwith the Trust Deed.
