hi guys ,its been a while since i have been on ,finished my trust deed june 2012 ye ha , i have had letter from trust deed to say thats i have have made all payments ect , but thet are still waiting for PPI claims this has been year past now , geting really boring now ,how long do i have to wait so i can try and start over again

Me too :-(. I signed in August 2009. finished August 2012. Still waiting. IP has said he will not discharge til PPI finished. I wrote again 5 weeks ago. No reply. Called his office and he was on holiday, wait until his return. Called again after his return and could not get to speak with him. No return call.
My bank account could potentially be closed if I do not get form 5 🙁 I am really upset about this.
I called the AIB who are interested in a situation the PPI delays could cause me to lose my bank account. But I truly don't want to go down that route in case it makes things even more difficult with the IP.
I feel like a broken record on here. I share your frustration.
Who do you have your trust deed with? If you don't want to say that's okay.
