Is this sent to creditors in sequestration cases as well as pTD cases?
I know the creditors are not invited to accept/approve a sequestration, or agree contribution levels, just wondered what they are sent with the claim forms.
I believe that this is the case.
Sorry Candlewick, not sure if you meant it is the case that a statement of affairs IS sent in sequestration too?

Yes, I believe it is the case that a statement of affairs is sent to creditors by the trustee in a sequestration. [:)]
Obviously, in the case of a sequestration, this would happen after the sequestration has been awarded.
I'm sorry Candlewick, probably missing the obvious-are you meaning it IS the case that a Statement of Affairs is sent out in sequestration too?
I'm not sure how else to put this RBSB.
I believe it is the case that etc etc.
In other words, that's my understanding of the situation.
But, I'm not cast-iron, rock-solid, positively sure enough to confirm that it IS absolutely, without a doubt, 100% true.
Oops, using my phone, thought my earlier post hadn't gone and didn't see yours Candlewick. I'm really not THAT thick, honest.
It's easily done [:)]
(And I think I've spent too much time negotiating with teenagers, at home, this week - my last reply has definite echoes of the "'I'll think about it' doesn't mean 'Of course you can go'" discussion... [:I]
Sorry!
Had me laughing , sounded like me with my kids-not sure how else to put this!
Apparently grandchildren are a reward for not killing your teenagers!
Not sure how much of an incentive that is though?
