I think in the 1st instance you need to sit down and look at the options. Pregnancy and stress are rarely a good combination.

I think the equity may or may not be an issue depending on a couple of things, however my advice is to sit down with the IP company look at all the options, facts, figures etc. Get all the facts confirmed in writing and then make a decision. This may sound like a long period of time, but in reality you are looking at less than a week.

Hi All,

Just to let you know that i spoke to an independant financial advisor and I have taken her advice and am currently getting a Debt management arranged. Thanks to all for your advice and guidance!

Just out of curiousity why have you decided to proceed with a debt management plan rather than DAS (the debt arrangement scheme)?
