signed TD today with marks company ....feel very relieved that the three years have started and confident that everything re equity,or lack of it,have been dealt with before signing.looking forward to letters and calls stopping and never being in debt again .....thanks mark for clear concise information which leaves no room for nasty surprises .my heart couldnt take it!!

Well done to you on taking this step; it's great to hear that you feel so confident about the decision that you've made as a result of digging in, getting questions answered and getting things backed up in writing.

If i can offer any advice at all as someone who has been there...
always be honest and open with your trustee. That includes income going up as well as down.
Treat yourself now and again. Even though you are in a TD you still have a life. Even if it's just a bottle of wine!
Always remember you made the choice so you what you are doing is a positive thing.

Thanks All for comments.... Will keep you posted re how it goes . Thanks again to all constructive feedback . Positives and negatives .it's a very vulnerable position to be in with regards the researching of this process and this forum really helped me with that. Best wishes to all .
