Well I decided to go through all the relevant legislation regarding trust deeds (yes I have a brain although it does fail me occasionally) and it would appear on no less than 6 counts within the legislation governing trust deeds preceding 2013, my trustee failed to comply !!!! Although I'm pretty sure from a creditor point of view you could potentially add a few more on there too !!! Feeling positive although eyes head and neck are sore from book worming it's been so long since I've had to apply research methods to anything other than internet shopping !!

Poor grammar there and iPhone autocorrecting me tramadol might have also played a part in not proof reading what I wrote I tend to do that lots as late , proceeding the change they didn't issue correct documents follow procedures set down, sections 8, 11, 21 and 24 I noted as particular points of interest about the trustees obligations

Another point I couldn't actually see was anything relating to trustees passing my case on to other practitioners and the rules and obligations around this and in turn notifying me of the changes not even sure had o been notified prior to transfer would I have been able to submit objections and seek my own alternative trustee etc

Hi MichelleG.

The requirement is to tell you that your trustee has changed.

It's not possible to seek out your own alternative trustee.

When do they tell you I found out I my because every time I called I kept going through to a call centre in England then eventually got told I had been transferred a cpl months previous yet it seems people had been getting moved from kelsom to Knightsbridge ling before I had signed up which I found out on here through reading posts and found it rather strange them signing you up for a Glasgow based company knowing they would be transferring your trust deed to another company once it was protected

Hello Michelle

I replied on your other Topic. I know they are both linked.

Well my original trustee used to work for Knightsbridge as a director and then set up as kelsom according to his professional profile if you search him, is that not conflicts of interest or something ? Sounds like wncouraging people into a small local firm when you're passing back the work to your previous employer although still active as director according to credit searches

Hi Michelle

Which IP company was on the original paperwork?
What Trustee name was you given originally?
When did your case transfer to the other company / Trustee?
Did you have to deal with a different Trustee?
Who agreed the early settlement and received the money - first or second company?
I guess it is the second company now asking for more money?
You seem to think there has been something underhand? How do you think this may have affected you?
