just had excellent meeting with david tannock at wylie bisset re my sequestration,hopefully in a short while all my debt problems will be
no more(after 36 payments lol).david and WB have been excellent with me especially after my failed TD.many thanks again david.

What was the reason the Trust Deed failed? Normally the Trust deed proposal will follow a set criteria to gain acceptance.

Hi Mark,
bigcheesebaps had a Trust Deed with another company but unfortunately this wasn't able to complete and as a result the Trustee resigned from office and handed back all the debts.
Following a couple of meetings and discussions on all the available options bigcheesebaps decided to proceed with a Sequestration.
David is not currently posting in the Trust-Deed.co.uk forum
