Hi. I finished my TD in May after paying for 5 years. The TD have sad it is completed. My name is on the register of insolvencies and my credit report has been updated as discharged.
I am looking to find out if I am now able to sell my house without any penalties? Do I need to wait for any paperwork in particular? TD have sent me a copy of form 5 also

Hi Amanda,
Firstly congratulations on completing your Trust Deed.
You should now be able to sell your house given that you're discharged and have completed your payment requirements for the TD. Note also that property position would have been dealt with at the outset of your TD so that should give you further comfort.
