could someone give me a little reassurance please?

I was declared bankrupt back in 2012 and discharged after 12 months. at the time there was £1500 equity in my home which we paid to the BR and they removed their interest on the property.
At the same time my husband went into a trust deed, he paid all the funds and was discharged back in 2015. A family member had to pay the trustee £500 to remove their interest in our property.
So we have both been discharged for over two years and we have just accepted an offer on our house after finally getting back on our feet.

sorry for the novel but am I right in saying that neither to AIB or Trustee have any right to any equity now? They can't take anything from us.

It didn't cross my mind until this morning after receiving an email from my conveyancer advising that they have requested the title deeds from our mortgage lender.

Many Thanks.

It sounds like you should have nothing to worry about, Scottishlass83. From what you say, the trustees' interest was bought out on both occasions and you have both been discharged, in which case they will have no further claim on any equity that might come out of the sale.
