I have a similar issue. I am finished my trust deed and waiting for the discharge once i pay of the one off fee for neg equity in my home. I want to sell my car for something smaller with webuyanycar.com the have informed me that there is outstanding finace with santander on it (which is included in my trust deed. How do i resolve this i need to downgrade my car urgently any help greatly appreciated

Hi deedalmostdone.

Perhaps your trustee could provide a letter that this isn't secured finance and is in fact an unsecured loan?
