I would just like to thank all the advisors and everyone that has posted in the last 3 years since I started my Trust Deed.
Just because people don't post doesn't mean we don't read intently to answers and advice given. All through my trust deed this forum has helped me cope and keep going through very difficult times.
I have 3 more payments to make and can finally see the light at the end of a very long tunnel.
Thank you again to everyone for sharing their stories, concerns and professional advice.

What a lovely post KrazyKez.
Thank you, welcome to the forum as a contributor, and congratulations on reaching the final stages of your trust deed.
You're not alone. For everyone who writes on this forum, there are very many more who visit often purely to read what's being discussed.
Well done & congrats, 3 months will fly by!
All the best

Great post.
Looking at the numbers in the 'read' part of each post shows there may be a lot more people reading the forum without contributing. Although it does become addictive after a while.
TDA, any idea what the ratio is from posters to viewers, although it's probably difficult to calculate withany degree of accuracy.

Well... that's probably the kind of data we wouldn't share publicly Mark.
You're right though that the number of times each forum thread has been read, compared to the number of contributors to that thread, gives a sense of scale.
Also, the site is visited by thousands of different people each month. The number of active posters in any particular month is obviously much lower than that.
Thanks KrazyKez. Glad to be of service - I'm sure the last 3 months will fly in.
What are your feelings about the process now that you are so close to the end? Something you would recommend to others?
Thanks for all the replies!
How do I feel about the whole process?
Being in debt was my fault and I didn't want an easy way out but this option was the best way for myself. As you can imagine I was only paying the interest off each month and was never going to be able to get out of debt.
The set up process couldn't have been more stress free thanks to a very professional company who delivered everything that was promised.
It hasn't been an easy 3 years in regards to having an extremely tight budget to work with. But the last 6 months have flown by and so will the next 3, I just hope the finishing process will be as smooth as everything else has been.
I am very much looking forward to being debt free and also have extra cash each month. If anything the past 3 years have taught me to budget better and this will become even easier with the extra money each month.
