Hi There
I find myself in the unfortunate position of staring a second trust deed. Has anyone every done this ? Is there a chance it might not be accepted again ? It is for 15K
so embarassing.

Hi Lynz,
I've dealt with quite a few cases where there was a previous sequestration or Trust Deed and from experience, it has never been an issue.
More often than not there are new creditors and there is no reason to mention the previous TD to them.
