i made my final payment for my scottish trust deed at the beginning of February. When can I expect to receive a discharge? Also I have a car which still has a few months to pay on the hp, my trust deed states if this is worth more than £3000 they can take the care. When would they contact me about this. I have never had any of the annual reviews and keep leaving messages for my advisor but they don't return any of my calls

Welcome to the forum bennybunny.

If you've completed your obligations there's usually no reason why you can't be discharged very quickly. You may want to push for an answer from your trustee about when that will happen.

I'm afraid only your trustee can clarify the position with the car as well, but hopefully that isn't going to be an issue.

Sorry I cannot directly answer your questions.

It seems odd that you've not had any reviews and that they never contact you back, bennybunny. Are you certain that they have the correct contact details for you?

Hi bennybunny,

Well done on reaching this point in your Trust Deed and completing all of your payments.

Do you think that your vehicle could be worth more than £3,000? There are various websites which you can use free of charge to value your vehicle if you are unsure.

If your advisor isn't returning any of your calls ask to speak with another member of staff or ask the receptionist to leave a message for your advisor to call you back. If that doesn't work maybe send an email or letter asking for an update on your discharge.
