Hi,
How long after discharge will I appear on the Scottish insolvency register? I am seeing different conflicting answers online.
Can anyone confirm?

Hi,
Thank you for confirming. I had seen some pages online saying it can Stay on for 10 years after starting, so a bit relieved to know it’s only a year!
