To be honest, with the stance taken by the Trustee, you paying the mortgage has no effect on anything. If you pay it, it will reduce the mortgage by whatever amount. If you dont, then its your money to do with as you please.

Yeah if i didnt pay it that would give me money for rent moving costs for moving , yeah mark i think your correct !
I'm going to make arrange ments to get moved out and had the keys to the solicitor who is selling the property
