Can I ask the experts what would be typical for a review, while in the trust deed? I understand that I probably have to provide payslips, and sign an updated income and expenditure statement, however is there anything else, e.g. provide bank statements etc?

The review is really only to check for material changes in circumstances, so it will normally be a form for income and expenditure and copy payslips.
