My TD is over 42 months. I get annual reviews and the last 2 have come on the anniversary of the signing of the TD which was October 2010. I was expecting my 3rd and (hopefully) final review letter a couple of weeks ago but it has never appeared.

I received a slight pay increase in April and informed my IP at the time and they did a review then which was a more detailed income/expenditure one than the usual payslips and statement one I have received in the past.

Is it likely that because of the April review that my review will be 12 months after that one i.e. April next year?

Glad that's over with....

In all likelihood upstream, as you signed for 3 and a half years it may have been determined that a three year review was not required.

Hi upstream.

Voice of Reason may well be right, or they might just be a little behind on their work.

The fact that you've kept your trustee up to date with changes should mean there will be no disruption to the progress of your case in the long-run.
