Hi folks,
I am wondering, when the time comes to try to remortgage your house- to release the equity in it- , is this looked into by your Trust Deed firm? Or is it me who looks into it and applies for the remortgages?

It's something you would need to organise.
Your trustee may know someone who could assist, but you would need to organise this yourself
