My concern would be a firm issuing a proposal to creditors knowing it will be rejected. If that's not the case then the firm should know the objection criteria!

Hi there The Big Chap , my wife and i were declared bankrupt 21/10/2011 that was the best advice we got as one of the creditors to us to court earlier when we were with another company who had us in a debt management plan which was a total joke, i have to pay money back for 3 yrs and £7000 equity over 2 years, it's amazing how time flies in . It's not easy but i can see light at the end of the tunnel. You worry more what your family or friends will say if they find out that you are bankrupt, good luck for the future
