What would happen, when in Trust deed, if you are informed of redundancy in January. You complete all payments to Trust Deed in February. Then you are made redundant in March. Would you be expected to pay redundancy money (above statuary figure) to you trust deed? Would trustee delay things to discharge you to be able to get more money?
Hypothetical question but crossed my mind. Thanks

Potentially they could, mikeecho - though this would seem a bit harsh!
If they did then it may be challengeable depending on the wording of the trust deed, as to whether a specific period is stated regarding acquirenda.
