Thinks aren't looking good at my work, looks likely it will go down the tubes. Iam almost in my 2nd year of bankruptcy what happens to any redundancy payment made to me either from my employer or off the govt, ie lump sum or 90 days notice, do I have to pay any to my company Henderson & Logie who are dealing with me , hope this makes sense?

if you use the search facility and type redundancy, there are a large number of posts on this.
Generally the trustee cannot take the statutory part, however will probably seek any ex gratia/lump sum payments.
