Just got confirmation that my Trust Deed is now protected! When I came on the forum for I realised that the Company I had previously been dealing with had not given me the best advice! I assumed because they were on TV and I had heard of them on the Radio that they would be the best to talk to. I received some great advice on the forum and ended up talking in more detail to David which resulted in a lower monthly payment over a shorter period and also saved on a £500 fee I was also being told I needed to secure equity in my home! I felt I was given honest good advice and all the facts with no pressure and would highly recommend.
Hi,
I was exactly the same as you almost singed with another company, found this forum thought the advice and info was amazing. Contacted Mark Mcfadyen and just have 2 weeks till my TD becomes protected. Mark saved me £2000 as they wanted £500 for my home and my 3 rental properties!!!!
Have a great xmas just think this time in 3 years it will be over.

Too many people will simply go with the first helping hand thrust towards them. Speak to 2 or 3 firms for advice.
Tv adverts are paid for by overcharging in my opinion.

A new dawn.
Hi uniao73,
Thanks for taking the time to post about your experience and kind words.
As we always say on the forum it's best to speak with 2 or 3 different companies about financial advice as the advice, monthly payments and how your assets will be dealt with can vary quite a lot from firm to firm. If you do that then you can look back knowing that you have managed to find the right solution for you with the right company.
All the best for 2014 uniao73 and let me know if you receive any letters from your creditors and I'll organise for some prepaid envelopes to be sent out for you to post these into us.
