I am really worried though. Over the past 2 and a half years I have gambled around £2,800 on online gambling (stupid I know). These stakes have shown on my bank statement as debits. I got a consolation £1110 back and these show on my statement as credits. Even though I have lost £1700 and got into arrears with Payday loans, do I have to pay my Trust Deed company the £1100 even though I havce lost?Jopsephine

I think this is something you will need to speak directly with your trustee about.

If you strip this down, you are paying your agreed contribution and whatever surplus is left is your own to do with. That said, if this surplus produces a sizeable win then it could be regarded as a win and therefore your trustee may claim an interest.
