i have received my letter saying that my trust deed document is in the paper and will take up to 5 weeks to be decided. Was wondering if i am black listed just now, and how would it work if i was to change my car but my payments would be exact same as what im paying just now i still have 4 and a half years to pay just now on my car

I believe the Gazette advert is what triggers the entry on your credit file, though I have no idea how quick they are at updating this.
I take it your car is on HP at the moment? If so, I guess there is technically no reason you shouldn't be able to replace it with another costing the same, assuming your trustee is happy for you to do so and the finance company don't knock you back.

Also depends on the value of your car. I had a car which I was not aloud to keep while entering into a TD (fair enought - it was rather expensive), so I had to down size. I did this just after being advertised and has no isues with this.
