Just a query to all you knowledgable folks.. Im a year into my trust deed. Just wondering if the opportunity came about for me to move to the US for a job how that would affect my deed?
Certainly not something in the works btw.. was just wondering how it would be looked upon.

Hi Amerififer.
There is no issue with that provided that the trust deed remains viable.
Your income and expenditure would be reassessed in line with your new circumstances.

I have trust deed cases in Australia, New Zealand etc and there have been no issues.
