I didn't think it would be very many. With any changes in the legislation that may happen is it safe to assume those of us already in PTD's wont be affected?

Yes, such changes are never retrospective so you'll be fine.

Worth noting that this is just a consultation and any changes are still far from certain

The deal is done for you or anyone else in a trust deed already Ralph.

The available "deals" for people in the future could be a little, or a lot, different.
